耳をすませば/2016
作品「耳をすませば」は関西２府４県（兵庫、大阪、京都、奈良、和歌山、滋賀）のランドマーク（明石大橋、比叡山延暦寺、琵琶湖、京都タワー、通天閣、東大寺、高野山の壇上伽藍）をぎっしりと翼に描き込んでポップで元気な関西を表現しています。作品コンセプトは「環境」。じっと目を閉じて耳をすます少女、翼から青い川が少女へと流れてきます。水の都関西は山に囲まれた地形で、豊かな水によって清められ大阪湾へと繋がっています。山に降りてきた雨がいくつもの土地を経由して私たちの生活に辿り着く水。そんな自然の声を聴きたくて少女はじっと耳をすましています。
関西のニュース番組ということで、視聴エリアの名所旧跡を作品に描いてみようと考えました。関西２府４県のランドマークがぎゅっと詰まった楽しい関西の翼が出来上がった。ベースになっている翼の形状は角度を変えて見ると、琵琶湖や淡路島に似ていることに偶然気がついて嬉しかった。音楽は京都伏見で活躍するJusqu'a Grand-pere、心地よいサウンドにのせて少女の髪が風になびく爽やかな動画が完成した。関西の朝のニュース番組「おはよう関西」で自然の声に耳をすます少女から、僕のメッセージが伝われば嬉しいです。
this work "Whisper of the Heart" images Hyogo, Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Wakayama and Shiga. it's including Akashi bridge, Hiei mountain Enryaku temple, Biwa-lake, Kyoto tower, Tsutenkaku-tower, Toudai-temple, Danjougaran of Kouya mountain. a concept is "environment". a girl whispers of the heart, the blue river is into the girl from wing. around the Kansai (west of Japan) there are a lot of water. this girl wants to hear the sound of water so she whisper of heart.
I thought draw the famous place of Kansai because I heard this is for Kansai news channel. I could create happy wing that including Kansai popular place. the wing shape I can see it like Biwa-lake or Awaji-island. music is Jusqu'a Grand-pere. a girl's hair moving with their awesome music. I want you to image nice Kansai place when you watch "Ohayo-Kansai".
